ABOUT US

Established in 2000, Greater Noida Institute of Technology Indraprastha University or GNIT IPU is one of the premier engineering institutes located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Institute is a part of the GN Group of Institutions and is widely known for featuring a qualitative learning environment for engineering aspirants. GNIT IPU is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (also known as GGSIPU) and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). GNIT IPU was established by Shri Ram Educational Trust, Noida with more than 18,000 alumni within 19 years from across the globe. The Institute comprises of six departments namely Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences and Virtual Lab. Representing a fine blend of technical and professional knowledge, GNIT IPU prepares students to face the competitive edge very well. The Institute offers engineering education and offers undergraduate degree in BTech in four specialisations. The campus is well-equipped with all the facilities needed to complement learning such as virtual labs, computer labs, library, furnished high-tech classrooms, cafeteria, hostels, sports club, transports language lab, hostels, conference hall, seminar hall, etc. The Institute uses highly evolved techniques such as case-studies analysis, project management and reporting through its distinguished faculty to ensure a healthy interaction with students. Under BTech programme, students must undergo an internship as a part of the course curriculum, and the grades earned during these internships will decide in the overall performance of students.
