THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology was set up in the year 2011. It is spread across a vast 40 acres of land near the famous Tehri Dam of Uttarakhand. The institute is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun & is approved by AICTE. THDC IHET offers a Bachelor of Technology across 6 streams.
